Common GCafe+ Client errors on client PCs
This table collects the error messages and symptoms often seen on GCafe+ Client PCs, with causes and fixes for customers, counter staff and technicians.
Connection
Message / symptom | Cause | What to do |

Mất kết nối dịch vụ máy trạm (client_service). Đang thử kết nối lại… (lost the station service) | The station service stopped or is starting. | Wait 1 minute. If it stays, restart the client PC. |
… — chat, dịch vụ và đặt món tạm thời không dùng được. (chat, services, ordering unavailable) | The PC lost the café server. | Check the network cable and that the server is on; see server IP. |
The lock screen shows Cấu hình máy chủ | The PC has no server IP. | Enter the server IP, click Lưu & tiếp tục. |
Đang chờ kết nối máy chủ để lấy danh sách dịch vụ… (waiting for server) | Not connected to the server yet. | Wait; items appear on reconnection. |
Sign-in and sessions
Message / symptom | Cause | What to do |

Sai tài khoản hoặc mật khẩu. | Typo, or a guest account used on the lock screen. | Retype; guests ask the counter to open the PC. |
Tài khoản đang đăng nhập ở máy khác. | An old session is still open. | The counter ends the session on the old PC. |
Không đủ tiền, vui lòng nạp thêm. | No balance. | Top up at the counter. |
Signed in but the lock screen stays | The server has not started the session. | Wait a few seconds; ask the counter to check the PC in GCafe Portal / GCafe Billing. |
Unlocked but no Client App | The app is hidden in the tray. | Click the G+ tray icon. |
Games
Message / symptom | Cause | What to do |

Orders, top-up, chat

Install and update
