Use Portal on a phone by role
Open Portal on a phone (through remote access) and choose a role: Admin, Thu ngân (Cashier) or Bếp & Kho (Kitchen & stock). Each role only shows the tabs that person needs.
Choose a role
- Open Portal on the phone and sign in.
- Tap the role name on the top bar.
- Pick the role for this phone. Each phone remembers its own role.

Scan barcodes when receiving goods
In Nhập hàng (Receiving), tap Quét mã vạch (Scan barcode) and point the camera at the product barcode to add it to the receipt.
⚠️ Note: The camera only opens when you reach Portal through an https:// address (the remote access link). Bán hàng, Tồn kho and Nhập hàng need Portal to bill instead of GCafe+ Server.
💡 Tip: Visible tabs also follow staff permissions: staff without stock permissions do not see Tồn kho.
