What is GCafe+ Client?GCafe+ Client is the client PC software for internet cafés: a lock screen to sign in and the Client App to play, order food and chat with the counter.How does GCafe+ Client work?The life of a session on a client PC: locked, the customer signs in, the PC unlocks, they play, then it locks again on log out or when time is up.

Install GCafe+ Client on a client PCOne installer, GCafePlusClient-Setup, installs the lock screen, Client App and station service, then starts the lock screen.Set the server IP on first run and change serverThe client PC needs the café server IP to sign in, bill and chat. If it was not entered during install, the lock screen asks on first run.GCafe+ Client auto-update and versionGCafe+ Client checks for and installs new versions through the café server (GCafe Update or GCafe Portal). You do not need to rerun the installer on every PC.Uninstall GCafe+ Client from a client PCUninstalling GCafe+ Client returns the client PC to normal Windows: it removes the lock screen, the station service and the settings GCafe+ Client applied.

Sign in on the lock screenWithout a session, the client PC shows the lock screen. Members sign in with their own account; guests ask the counter to open the PC.Get to know the Client AppAfter unlocking, the Client App shows a left menu, a session bar on top, content in the middle and session, quick order and help on the right.Time left, balance and low-time warningsThe Client App always shows play time and session money in the top bar, and warns customers before time runs out so they are not kicked out mid-match.Find and launch games and installed appsThe café game list comes from GCafe Update (CafeServer). Customers pick games on Home or in the Game library; apps installed on the PC are in the Apps box.Download and update games on launchOn launch the Client App compares the game with GCafe Update: if it differs, only changed parts download first; if it matches, the game starts.Order food and services from the client PCCustomers order food, drinks and services from the client PC. The order goes straight to the counter with the payment method and a note.Request a top-up and redeem couponsCustomers add money without walking to the counter: send a top-up request for the counter to confirm, or redeem a coupon (card code + card password)…Chat with the counter and other client PCsPhòng chat (Chat rooms) lets customers message the counter; with GCafe Portal they can also message other PCs in the café.Call staff and report a PC problemWhen the PC lags or a headset breaks, customers click Call staff or Report a problem; the counter is alerted at once in GCafe Portal.Lock the PC temporarily when stepping awayA customer who leaves the PC for a moment but does not want to end the session can lock it with a temporary password. The session and the clock keep running.Account, transaction history and log outThe Tài khoản (Account) page shows balance, points and history; members change their password; lock the PC or log out here.Lucky wheel on the client PCWhen the café enables the lucky wheel, a 🎁 button appears in the top bar and customers spin with the spins the café grants.Client App settings: language, sound, performanceClient App Cài đặt (Settings): change language, toggle the message chime, reduce effects on slow PCs, see connection and version.
