Orders, awaiting payment and debts
Below the Máy trạm screen, two tables keep the counter from missing money: Chờ thanh toán & công nợ (Awaiting payment & debts) and Order & dịch vụ chưa xong (Open orders & services).
Awaiting payment & debts
Type | Meaning | Actions |
|---|---|---|
Chờ thanh toán | PC stopped but the guest has not paid. | Thanh toán tiền mặt (cash), Trừ vào tài khoản (from account) or Sử dụng tiếp (continue). |
Nợ tiền chuyển đến | Time / services moved in from another PC. | Thu tiền chuyển đến. |
Khách đang nợ | A member who borrowed and still owes. | Thu nợ (collect debt). |
Coupon chờ thu order | Orders by a card (coupon) user, unpaid. | Collect the order. |
Open orders & services
Items ordered from clients or by the counter stay here until done. Click an order to choose:
- Cung cấp · thêm vào hoá đơn — serve and add to the session bill.
- Cung cấp · thu tiền mặt — serve and collect cash now.
- Cung cấp · trừ vào tài khoản — serve and deduct from the member balance.
- Huỷ order — cancel.
💡 Tip: Filter by Hôm nay, 7 ngày, Tất cả or search by item, PC, guest. Make sure both tables are empty before handing over the shift.
Common errors
