Client PC settings in GCafe Portal

GCafe Portal › Thiết lập › Máy trạm sets programs run on unlock, idle auto shutdown and displayed money.

Before you start

Most items on this tab work when GCafe Portal has replaced GCafe+ Server (full Portal mode). See Two ways to use GCafe Portal.

Programs run on unlock

1. Under Chương trình chạy khi mở khoá (Programs run on unlock), click + Thêm chương trình (Add program).
2. Type the exe path on the client PC, optionally with arguments (e.g. C:\Program Files\Zalo\Zalo.exe).
3. Click Lưu (Save).

Result: on the next unlock the PC opens the desktop and Client App (the two Bắt buộc — required — items), then these programs. Programs already running are skipped.

Idle PCs (no customer)

• Tự đóng mọi ứng dụng sau … phút (close all apps after … minutes) and Tự tắt máy sau … phút (shut down after … minutes) while the PC is free.
• Hẹn giờ tắt máy mỗi ngày (daily scheduled shutdown) with a notice on the client PC (e.g. the café closes at 23:45).

Click Lưu: the settings are sent to every connected PC immediately.

Money shown on client PCs

Choose Tiền thực tế (actual) or Tiền đã làm tròn (rounded, per the café rounding rule) for the amounts guests see in the Client App.

Other features the café turns on for client PCs

⚠️ Note: Client PCs ask GCafe Portal about every 2 minutes: changes can take a few minutes to appear on the PCs.
