Get to know the GCafe Portal interface
The GCafe Portal window has a title bar (shop status, data sync), a left menu in two groups — Management and Tools — and the content area in the middle.
Title bar
Element | Meaning |

GCafe … đang hoạt động (active) | The shop’s subscription. Orange when ≤ 14 days remain, red when đã hết hạn (expired) — renew on the Payment page. |
SyncDB | Click to sync GCafe Billing data into Portal right now. |
Countdown | Time until the next automatic sync. |

At the bottom: Khóa (Lock Portal when you step away), Hỗ trợ (Support chat), Cài đặt (Settings), the language picker and the version number. Click the arrow at the menu edge to collapse / expand the menu.
💡 Tip: Click SyncDB when a GCafe Billing transaction has not shown up in Portal yet.
