Uninstall GCafe+ Client from a client PC

Uninstalling GCafe+ Client returns the client PC to normal Windows: it removes the lock screen, the station service and the settings GCafe+ Client applied.

Before you start

  • Sign in on the client PC with the client PC admin account to reach the desktop.
  • The Windows account in use has administrator rights.

Uninstall

  1. Open Settings › Apps (or Control Panel › Programs and Features).
  2. Select GCafe+ Client, click Uninstall and allow the prompt.
  3. Wait for the last line to say it is done, then close the window.
  4. Restart the PC.

Result: the PC boots to the normal Windows desktop, without the lock screen.

⚠️ Note: After uninstalling, the PC is no longer billed. Tell the counter before removing a PC in use.
