On the counter screen, staff see every device by PC group. A cafe table or PlayStation carries a vClient label. Open it to charge by the hour and add services like a real PC.
Cafe tables and PlayStation consoles appear in the same list as client PCs. Staff open hourly billing, add services and collect payment as they would with a real PC.
Virtual PCs are placed in PC groups just like real ones, so prices follow the PC group and the account group. If a cafe or pool hall wants separate prices for each area, create a separate PC group.
Set separate prices by time of day, or tiered pricing so the first hour and later hours are charged differently. The panel on the right lets you test the price before applying it.
Players don't need to call staff or walk to the counter. They send a message from the client PC, the counter receives it in GCafe+ Billing, handles it fast, and a sound alerts staff when a player sends a chat.
The Chat tab groups conversations by PC. When a player asks for a top-up, the counter sees the amount and the current balance, then clicks Top up or Decline. See more on the GCafe+ Billing page.
Players check their remaining time, balance and reward points, and top up using the amounts your cafe sets. If they need anything, they message the counter and never leave their seat.
The new version of GCafe+ Billing has a client interface that merges GameMenu into one screen: players play games, order food and drinks, top up and message the counter without opening another app.
