The interface is located in the left corner of the software.
- Download Center (RDC): Displays a list of all games and software available on the system.
- Update Ready: Displays a list of games that have updates available, but the software hasn't yet uploaded the update files to the internet cafe.
- Games not yet downloaded: Displays a list of games available on RDC that have not yet been downloaded to the computer lab.
- Games have been added: Shows a list of games recently added to RDC.
- Installed Games: Displays a list of all games and software that have been configured so that the workstation can recognize their icons.
- Games deleted from RDC: Shows a list of all games, software, etc. that have been shut down and are no longer supported by the system.
- Monitoring Center: Displays the RDC process for downloading and updating the game to the PM's server and workstations.
- Workstation Management: Displays a list of all workstations in the computer lab that have the Gcafé Update Client software installed.
- Extension group: Displays a list of workstations that have Gcafé Update Client installed, but workstations in this group will not see the game icon in the Game Menu.

- ID: The game configuration code on the system.
- For games available on RDC: There will be 6 numbers.
- For games not available on RDC: It will start from 1, 2, 3...
- For games available on RDC: There will be 6 numbers.
- Name: Displays the name of the game, software, etc.
- Status: Indicates whether the game has been downloaded or updated
- Latest update: The game has been downloaded and is currently undergoing the latest update.
- Not downloaded: The game has not been downloaded to your system.
- Not updated: The game has been downloaded but has not been updated to the latest version.
- Update type: The update format for games, software, etc
- Automatic: Most games on RDC have a 6-digit ID. When a game, software, etc., has an update, the RDC system will automatically update, compare data, and push the update file to the game folder without manual intervention.
- Manual method: Most games outside of RDC have IDs like 1, 2, 3… (not 6 digits). When a game or software update is available, the computer lab must manually run the game update file and then reconfigure the game (Detailed instructions here ).tại đây)
- DP value: Displays the number of times the game/software has been used by the workstation.
- Category: Display game and software categories
- Last updated: Shows the date the game was last updated.
- Size: Displays the game's file size.
- exe file: Displays the executable file in the game.
To create a member, please select the "Account" tab on PMTT or the Function Menu => Members. Here, select "Member Account", then:
- Select “Add (plus sign)” -> Enter your Full Name, Username, and Password -> Confirm.
To group member accounts, please select the "User Groups" tab in PMTT or the Function Menu => User Groups. Here we have the default groups: Guests, Members, Administrators, Staff, and Card Accounts.
To create a new group, please select "Add (plus sign)", fill in the desired group name, categorize members, adjust the price accordingly for each group of machines, and press OK.
To create a member, please select the "Accounts" tab on PMTT or the Function Menu => Members. Here, select "Employee Account", then:
- Select “Add (plus sign)” -> Enter Full Name, Employee Name, Password -> Confirm.
After creating the employee account, please go to the Function Menu and select "Employee Permissions". Here, employees already have several default permissions such as "Close all programs on the workstation", "Adjust volume", etc. We can add or remove permissions as needed by checking the boxes in the list.
- Check if your computer is connected to the internet by opening any web browser (Cốc Cốc, Chrome, Firefox, IE, etc.).
- Access a frequently used website (e.g., gcafe.vn) to see if you can access it.
- Check if your Gcafé Update is still valid. Log in to Gcafé Update - Look at the top right corner of the screen
